The question of whether a company is Payment Card Industry (or PCI) compliant has taken over the internet lately and it’s a very important topic to discuss. Not that long ago, only 15 years, when companies were evaluating their credit card processing program, their only real worry was the fees for the processing bank. Nowadays, the worry is how much it costs to be compliant with PCI and how they can reduce the risks associated with having credit cards in their network.
